A yoga block is a small rectangular prop used in yoga to help with support, balance, and flexibility during poses.

It helps you bring the floor closer to your body, especially if a pose feels too difficult or if you’re still building flexibility. For example, in poses where your hands can’t comfortably reach the ground, placing a yoga block under your hands can give you stability and better alignment.
